We offer FREE DELIVERY within Klang Valley Area for orders above RM1000. For other areas, please check with us.
There is no MOQ! Wholesale discounts can be enjoyed with higher quantities.
Of course! Get in touch with us to place a soft reservation for up to 3 business days. If someone else shows interest in the same item, we’ll give you priority notice to complete your purchase or release the reservation.
If the stock is available at our Kuala Lumpur warehouse, delivery will be on the next working day (for orders placed before the cut-off time). For items sourced from our external warehouse, please allow up to 3 working days.

General Products: 1 month warranty from the date of delivery.
Gadgets & Electronics (including Travel Adaptors): 3 months warranty from the date of delivery.

Exclusions:

  • Physical, liquid, or heat damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper or unintended use.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. Claims are subject to inspection and approval.
  2. Replacements will be of the same or equivalent model (colour may vary).
  3. The original warranty period remains unchanged after replacement.
  4. The company is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; outbound shipping for approved claims will be covered by us.
Yes, you can! Samples may be purchased and returned within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in good condition and include the original packaging.
